WAKESHOP VERDICT

Our take.

One of our strongest choices for a first wakeboard binding. The very soft flex makes the Index 6R forgiving and comfortable while learning, while the dual-zone lacing gives riders more control over fit than a basic single-lace design. It isn't aimed at riders looking for an aggressive, locked-in response, but for beginners and progressing recreational riders its combination of comfort, versatility and value is difficult to fault.
BEST FOR
Beginners, progressing riders and shared setups

NOT IDEAL FOR
Advanced riders wanting maximum stiffness and response
WHY WE STOCK IT

Why it earned a place at WakeShop.

The Index 6R is exactly what we want from an entry-level binding: comfortable, forgiving and easy to use without feeling like a throwaway beginner product. Its wide size ranges also make it an excellent choice for family and shared setups.
