The State 2.0 is one of the easiest boat boards to recommend to a developing rider. The asymmetric design genuinely helps with toe-side control, while the molded fins and predictable continuous rocker make it stable and confidence-building. It isn’t designed to deliver the explosive character of a high-end advanced board, but that is exactly why it works so well for progression.
